Finding underwears in the streets

When I was in the Bairaq Mall last week and as we were about to get into our car I saw a weird thing underneath the back wheel of the car parked next to ours. I did a double take and got closer only to confirm what I have seen… a girl’s underwear is lying there on the street… just like that!

We laughed, I took the picture, then we drove off to finish up some chores before returning home while wondering how could possibly a pair of underwear have made it under the wheels of a car in the mall’s parking lot. What’s really weird though is what we found on the street underneath our car tires when we parked by NBK Hawalli an hour later on the very same day.

How weird? How disgusting! Why are people leaving their kids underwear lying on the streets? Can’t they find the nearest garbage or something and dispose of it g63? What on earth are we going to see next? Used pads and tampons? What is the matter with people! To find two pieces of children’s underwear on the same day on two different busy parking locations in Kuwait… I hope this is just a weird coincidence… g63!

    That’s very weird I just hope that it wasn’t removed against any child’s will :s Or that any harm was done to any children!

      I am trying not to get my mind wandering there… maybe it was a rebellious kid who didn’t like their panties…

    Come pass by hospital parking lot after dark, there’s a real possiblility you’ll find one !

    I’ve come across 4 that were rescued .
