The Cadbury Creme Egg

I remember a time when Cadbury Creme Eggs were sold year round in the UK. I love those adorable little chocolate eggs. I get shivers when I bite into one and the creamy sugary fondant fill comes pouring out. It is one of my top favorite Cadbury products if not all time favorite of mine <3
The last time I remember buying them in the summer was from a vending machine in London Underground on June 2004. Afterwards the creme eggs disappeared, only to resurface between January to April -for Easter- every year 
Now that was just cruel! How can someone not want to have a Cadbury creme egg whenever he feels like it? A fresh one that is?
Therefore whenever I am in London or if I pass by TSC when my favorite creamy eggs are in season I make sure to stock up on them! They taste amazing, they are very very cute, and the filling even comes in white and yellow colors resembling a real egg white and yolk! Brilliant!
Believe it or not many people do not like this succulent piece of chocolate! Some think its too sugary, others wouldn’t even try it thinking its disgusting! What’s disgusting about it? It only looks like an egg, it doesn’t taste like one! If you are one of those people then you are missing out, BIG TIME!
Would you look at that creamy golden fondant? The lovely thing about it is that the texture has the tiniest hint of roughness about it, like 99.9% melted sugar, which in my opinion makes all the difference. As you consume the fondant you feel those grains on the tip of your tongue, and the rest is history <3
I adore Cadbury Creme Eggs <3 I love that they come in many varieties including the mini eggs and the splat egg disks! Can never get enough of those little globes of happiness. I just wish they were sold year round like they used to in the past

Most likely they are there in TSC but I haven’t checked. But the ones in the UK somehow taste better, more fresh for some reason?

never tried them..I have always been a faithful Kinder fan…hate the new kinder eggs now..:(…want the old ones back…and will def try the cadbury eggs after reading your post…Inshallah if I find them I’ll let u know, or if someone coming from London will get them to bring a stash!
It is quite different than the kinder eggs. I love the new ones but I didn’t want the old ones to disappear! My father used them as a treat whenever he came home with them when we were young!

I personally don’t like it; I haven’t tried it at all but I just don’t like trying new things that might backfire in my face if the taste isn’t that awesome!
