The Endless Headache That Won’t Go Away!

For the past week or so I’ve been plagued by this severe pounding headache that leaves me nauseous and sick. Something like a hammer pounding on my temples mercilessly. It doesn’t matter if I take panadol, or sleep, or eat, or drink plenty of water, or move, or feel warm or whatever. The pain just won’t go away!

Its not only me, my husband is suffering from the same pain as well but a bit less severe. I can’t function properly with this pain when all I want to do is bang my head on the wall. Its so bad that I cannot even sleep and when I do I wake up groggily!

I wonder if anyone else is suffering from the same thing? Do you think its the weather? Maybe the recent tire burning pollution? The dust? OK if so what’s the solution y3ni?

وحتي الانيميا تسببلي صداع لما يقل اكلي او ما انام

Mali kholg a7ad yeqazezni obar. Wella elmafrooth its time for my vitamin D checkup bs 3yzana. Bs lo kan faqor dam -which I doubt- then why is my husband having the same headache?

most people have headaches now and then you must do blood test
and take your Vitamin D if you’re in need its so important to take
a good care of your health !

Yesterday min quwat el headache 7asait my right eye ra7 te6la3 min mkanha, its very painful
I don knw if this is true, bs kol el nas 3and-hom nafs el headache and they all say the cause is 7adethat el tuwayer> pollution, 7asasyeh, amrad….

Ee that’s how hard it was! I have the headache pressing on my head so bad I felt like dropping to the floor and pressing my forehead on top of it so nothing comes out! So we are not the only ones then!

its been a while most ppl dont know this but believe it or not the cause might be lack of water i.e dehydration is a big cause so try to increase your water intake daily and tell me if it makes a difference

salaamat dear, I am so sorry to read that you are in so much pain. Do check your blood pressure, sometimes you get this pounding headache if you have high blood pressure. Salaamat

When I started reading this post, I was was going to comment that I had such headaches at the beginning of my pregnancy so thought maybe the same reason for u..but then u said your hubby also having similar so I doubt that could be the reason…the allergic weather could be the reason …read ma3oothatain and surah fatiha..inshallah shifaa!:) Salamaat!

Recite Al Falaq wa Al Naas thrice after Fajr and Maghreb time, to protect yourself, who knows, it could be the evil eyes or just plain negativity lingering around you and your husband, may Allaah protect you and keep you safe!
