LoFat Vegetarian Diet – Day 19

Happy New Year!

I’m happy that I’m starting the 2013 blog posts with dieting ones, I’ll consider it a good sign for the year! I didn’t diet yesterday but today I’m picking up my diet and resuming my path to feeling better. By the way I was told yeasterday that I looked thinner for sure, that’s a GREAT way to start the year. I love it when people say I look thinner <3

So its day 19, only 9 more days to go with LoFat’s diet! I’m going to miss having my meals delivered to me on daily basis and not worrying about them! However, the meal I got for my 19th day is exactly like the meal I got for day 5 and you can read all about it here (post). Not every day is going to be the same as before for sure.

It’s a good thing that you started the diet before New Year’s so you got a head start. Has it helped you lose weight though? I walk for an hour daily and learned today (gasp) that I was only burning 200 calories. I now intend to walk for two hours and add 1 hour of cardio…Best wishes

I always thought that diet without working out will result in nothing. Turns out there is a saying that goes “Losing weight is done 90% in the kitchen and 10% in the gym” or something. My friends say I look thinner but I didn’t weight myself yet!

well if doesn’t help you lose weight atleast it prevents new weight gain. Wish you all the best

Exactly! Its better than not finding anything to eat therefore indulging in junke, day after day!
