Childhood in Q8 Means: Meiji Yan Yan Chocolate!

One very important part of our childhood is yan yan chocolate. Although it wasn’t very tasty it was a favourite… now i am tring to guess why we liked it and i think i have two answers.
1- It was so much fun and very messy to eat… you dip that skinny biscuit into the little pool of liquid chocolate and you have a big gooey chocolate bite… and 2- We always tried to make the biscuit stick last the full amount of chocolate is gone, and we were always unsuccessful! Either we eat too much chocolte per stick and we are left with more sticks or just too little chocolate per stick and we are left with more chocolate and the need for a spoon!
I wouldn’t eat it now though. It is not particularly a tasty chocolate but it was fun! and now adays it comes with two more varieties: Strawebrry and Vanilla! We didn’t have those growing up!

Yan-Yan was lovely when growing up. I used to have competitions with my brother to see whose pack would last longer
Now, unfortunately, my mirror would scream if I tried to eat any more chocolate

LoooL the good old days when we could eat all the chocolate we want and it would burn away!
