A while back the doors of 99 Salhiya were bordered up and the sign taken down, another bearing the name Scafalli took its place. Last weekend and on an extremely gorgeous day, weather wise, I received a heavy paper bag invitation from Kuwait’s newest burger place, Big Smoke, whose opening I attended last night.
