A long time ago, when Google Reader was alive and kicking, I remember a fellow blogger posted a video of Gordon Ramsey preparing scrambled eggs. The only way I can actually crave and eat eggs is by eating them scrambled and not every restaurant can make them the way I consider them scrambled. You know yellow, creamy, with soft peaks and the entire thing in one piece. The best part of Thursday starts the moment you’re done with your work and you begin feeling all free to begin enjoying your weekend. I love having lunch outside on Thursdays and one of my favourite dining spots recently is in Véranda of Harvey Nichols. I cannot get enough of the place! keep going back for the great food, the calm yet bubbly atmosphere, and the excellent location overlooking all the action in the grand Avenues yet undisturbed by the crowds while you are dining. Ever since Véranda’s opening in March 2013 I’ve been there several times for different occasions and each and every time I’ve had a lip-smacking meal and an excellent time. The last time I was there was last Thursday with my friends. People were just out of work starting their weekend, the Avenues was filling up fast with people so we chose to go to Véranda: overlooking the weekend hubbub from the balcony but not bothered by the crowds.
